Alarms offers a premium residential alarm monitoring service
for just $24.95 per month. Along with our fast, friendly response
we offer the following extra services at no extra cost.
Unlimited
signal types - We will monitor any type of signal your
system can send including intrusion, fire, police assistance
or medical assistance alarms. There are no extra fees for
sending multiple signals types from your system.
Quality
Alarms Homecare Check - Have you ever gone on vacation
leaving your home and pets in someone else’s care only
to find yourself worrying about whether the job is being done?
Quality Alarms homecare check can alleviate that problem by
making sure your system is armed and disarmed at least once
a day. If we don't receive the signal we'll call the caregiver,
or another reference, to get the problem resolved.
Daily
test signals - Your system will send us a communication
test signal every day. This verifies that your alarm panel
and phone line are working, and capable of sending an alarm
should an emergency occur. If your system fails to send the
daily test signal we will notify you and send a technician
to resolve the problem. Please note that this is not the same
as having "line cut protection" which provides you
with a higher level of protection using a cellular alarm communicator
as a secondary communications channel. Please see the Line

Free
remote programming - If you need to change your keypad
code just give us a call and we'll change it from our office.
We can also provide you with multiple keypad codes for family
members, guests, cleaners and contractors.
